By using Se Planeja services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About the service
Se Planeja is a personal financial management platform that allows users to record expenses, income, and financial goals through WhatsApp integration and a web dashboard. The platform uses artificial intelligence for categorization and organization of financial data.
2. Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. The financial data you register is your responsibility regarding accuracy. Se Planeja is not a financial institution and does not provide professional financial advice.
3. Plans and payments
We offer a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required for validation — no charges are made during the trial period. After the trial, access to the PRO plan requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Asaas with full security. You can cancel your subscription at any time, maintaining access until the end of the paid period.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and features of Se Planeja are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any platform material is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Se Planeja provides financial organization tools and is not responsible for financial decisions made based on platform data. We do not guarantee specific financial results. The service is provided "as is" and we strive to keep it available and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted, according to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
